Hello, my name is Michele,

I have 10 years of experience working in a nursery setting, in addition to parenting my own children.

I have an enhanced DBS, which is on the updating service, NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce (Early Years Educator), Paediatric First Aid, SEND training and experience.
I am looking to work locally in the London Borough of Camden or Islington.
My Experience
I have over 20 years experience of working with children starting as a nanny, parenting my own children, then moving into the Early Years sector, where I have 10 years experience of working with children 3 months to 5 years old. I started as a volunteer and then worked my way up to hold the positions of room manager, deputy manager, and deputy SENDCo.
I currently work in a private nursery, but my contract is due to end in March 2024. I am looking to go back into nannying as I thrive on being able to provide high-quality, personalised childcare.

Michele was my son's Key Person during he's time at nursery from the age of 2-4 years old and also went on to be our part time nanny.
Michele is a wonderful, warm, friendly person, who is experienced, highly knowledgeable and is truly passionate about child development. The dedication and support she has shown my son throughout each stage of his early years journey and aswell as supporting us as a family has been exceptional.
Michele is a nurturing, trustworthy, professional childcare provider, who understands the importance of working in partnership with parents and who goes above and beyond for the children in her care.
