Cancelled on us at short notice 5 times in the first half term. Straw that broke us was when I received a call from the pa on the school transport bus saying no one was at the house to receive my daughter. She hadn’t contacted us and just didn’t turn up leaving my daughter who has audhd and learning difficulties having to get back on the bus and travel around gloucestershire until they finished the rounds. It was very upsetting for everyone involved and confusing for my daughter
