I can honestly say that since joining TW Kids, my twin boys have gone from strength to strength. Suzanne and her team have been absolutely amazing with them, they have been patient, kind, and really takes the time to understand each child’s individual personality and needs.

From the very first day, my boys settled in so quickly, which says a lot about the welcoming and nurturing environment Suzanne has created. They come home happy, confident, and full of babbles about all the fun things they’ve done - from creative crafts and outdoor play to learning new skills in such a natural, engaging way.

I’ve noticed huge progress in their social skills, independence, and confidence since being with Suzanne. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about every child in her care and puts so much effort into making each day enjoyable and enriching.

The communication with parents is also brilliant, Suzanne keeps us updated with photos, notes, and little insights into what the children have been up to, which is so reassuring.

I’m truly grateful to have found TW Kids and can’t recommend Suzanne highly enough. She’s made such a positive difference in my boys’ early years, and we feel incredibly lucky to have her!
