Jess arrived promptly on time. Sat on the floor with my granddaughter and was interacting with her straight away Tilly is often quite shy with new people . Jess was just brilliant with both her and a very soppy Labrador . Sent both photos and a video of the her time with Tilly, She was just a star who put all our minds at rest and we could enjoy our celebrations. I would not hesitate to recommend Jess.
