I am looking to find a permanent babysitter for a few nights a month. Someone who can build a rapport with the kids and have continuity for them on the evenings i do go out and need a babysitter as I dont want to have a stream of different faces coming to the door. Even two or three people that I can call on and that the kids get to know. Someone reliable who is looking for a permanent position. Must have special needs experience. As yet I have no respite service in place for my youngest but i am hopeful i will be successful in being approved for direct payments in the coming months.
