Shadia has not been with us very long but our 3.5 y.o. very quickly adopted her. Shadia is very respectful and organised, also giving numerous updates during the day which is truly valuable and reassuring as a parent. She insists on good manners and is really proactive in playing, learning and getting to know the world. We are a French speaking family but our daughter felt very comfortable switching to English within days and is now more confident that she was before. We are very pleased and would recommend Shadia to friends.
