Shadia has been such a wonderful help to our family. She is warm, kind and caring with my two young children, and having her around has made our mornings so much easier. She is reliable, hardworking and always willing to help with whatever needs doing. My children are very comfortable with her, and I really appreciate the genuine care and patience she shows them.
