About Me
Hello, I’m an undergraduate student at the University of York reading English and History. I’m open to a range of tutoring, from younger children to teenagers. I can tutor English and History at A-Level and lower. If below GCSE level I can also tutor Maths and Welsh. I am a very patient and attentive person who’s great with children, and very good at explaining concepts to make them easier to understand.
My Experience
While in secondary school, I attended CAMAU (Learn Welsh Scheme for Early Years Education and Childcare) sessions every week for a few months, in which I assisted children from the ages 12-13 to read.
My Qualifications
I achieved A*AAA at A-Level in English Literature, History, Art & Design and the Welsh Baccalaureate. At GCSE I achieved 10 A*s and 1 A.
My Availability
I am available after school from 3pm everyday, though some of my lectures finish at 3 so the time I can arrive depends on the work location. Additionally, I’m available all day on Tuesdays and weekends, excluding evenings, though this can be negotiated depending on the location.
