We cannot thank Pam enough for the incredible difference she has made to our family. As first-time parents of a then one-year-old, we were naturally cautious and nervous — but within five minutes of meeting Pam, she put us completely at ease. Our little boy immediately took a liking to her, and that bond has only grown stronger ever since.

Pam is caring, attentive, completely reliable, and truly a godsend. Even on the weeks she isn’t visiting, our little one still asks after her, which shows just how special she is in his life. Knowing he is safe, happy, and so well cared for has been the biggest reassurance for us as parents.
