Started off excellent for almost a year and a half, child was happy and settled. We were then given 4 weeks notice via text which is unprofessional enough however we paid monies at the beginning of the month, no services were used due to a couple of different circumstances. I was then blocked via email and called "a disgrace" to my husband when he interacred to collect belongings as I didn't want to be involved due to being upset at the situation.
