I’m a friendly and conscientious postgraduate with over two years of experience supporting children through tutoring and care. I love helping students grow in confidence, especially during exam season, and take pride in creating a calm, encouraging atmosphere where they can thrive. I recently completed my Master’s degree and am now looking to pursue a career in public policy, financial regulation, or investigative journalism, but I continue to enjoy working closely with families as it keeps me grounded and connected. Outside of work, I’m passionate about gardening (I’ve grown my own rose garden ?), reading (everything from classics and romance to gothic thrillers), and weightlifting, which keeps me energised and focused.
My Experience
I have two years of experience tutoring and mentoring students aged 10–16, focusing on exam preparation, essay writing, and study planning. My sessions are creative and structured, tailored to the individual student’s learning style and school demands. I’ve coached students through periods of high academic pressure, including GCSEs, by teaching them how to manage time effectively both to plan revision and promote mindfulness, and use engaging study materials to boost performance and confidence.
In addition to tutoring, I’ve provided babysitting for several families, balancing academic support with day-to-day care. I’ve handled school pick-ups, drop-offs, and driving to activities, ensuring that children are safe, punctual, and supported.
Earlier in my teens, I volunteered with SNAP in Warley, Brentwood, as part of my Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award, assisting in yoga classes for children aged 7–25 with varying abilities. That experience taught me patience, empathy, and the importance of adaptable communication.
My Qualifications
• MSc in Financial & Commercial Law & Regulation – London School of Economics (completed Sept 2025)
• LLB Law (First Class Honours) – University of Kent (including a year abroad at Osgoode Hall Law School, Toronto)
• A-Levels: History (A), Politics (A), Maths (B)
• GCSEs: 12 A*–A (including Grade 8 in Maths, English Language & Literature)
• Level 1 Japanese Language Qualification
Alongside my academics, I have a strong performing arts background — achieving LAMDA Grade 8 in Drama (Gold Medal) and dance qualifications with ISTD and UTD in tap, contemporary, ballet, and pointe. I’ve also completed ABRSM Grades 1–5 in piano, which have strengthened my discipline and creativity; qualities I bring to my tutoring.

My availability is flexible across these dates and times, but I will be open to other timings depending on how much notice is provided and whether it is an emergency.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £25.00 per hour
- Tutoring from £30.00 per hour
My fees for tutoring are flexible, dependent upon whether a child is completing either KS3 or GCSE, and I may have to consider costs of transport if taking work outside of a 5 mile radius.
