My son has been with Zoe for almost a year now, and he absolutely loves it. He doesn’t even look back when we drop him off, which says a lot and gives us complete peace of mind. Zoe was incredibly reassuring when he first started, and the little updates we get throughout the day always let us know he’s happy and settled.
Communication is always clear and helpful, and when he’s been a bit cheeky, Zoe is great at working with us to support his behaviour in a positive, consistent way.
He’s out and about every day, going to different groups and activities, which has helped him grow in confidence, learn to share, and start building lovely little friendships, something we’ve really noticed at home too.
Overall, we’re really happy with the care Zoe provides and appreciate the kind, welcoming environment she creates.
