I’m passionate about supporting Families and their precious babies, whether it’s with feeding, sleeping patterns or just giving parents time to recuperate contently with someone they can trust. Having 3 grown up boys I know parenting can be challenging and a little assistance can make such a difference… I work with Community Midwives as a Maternity Support Worker, I’ve worked in a Maternity setting for over 25years, so obviously a lot of experience with newborns, I completed a diploma in Maternity & paediatric support, my skills are updated yearly

Currently work with Community Midwives as a Maternity Support Worker, I’ve worked in a Maternity setting for over 25years, so obviously a lot of experience with newborns, I completed a diploma in Maternity & paediatric support, my skills are updated, I assist with Postnatal/feeding clinics as well as house calls, Solihull, SIDS, breastfeeding & first aid trained
My Qualifications
Child psychology, Level 3 diploma in maternity & paediatric support, within my jobs I have to cover all aspects of babies and how important their safety is, so yearly we are updated on first aid, recognising when a baby is ill, aware of the safe sleeping (lullaby trust) Breast/Bottle training….
