Ellaine (“Nana”) has honestly been a God-send. She’s special, she is a once-in-a-lifetime childminder and we always felt so grateful that Stella gets to spend her days with her.
Stella has blossomed under Nana’s care: her speech, potty training, manners, and all the little “how to be a human in the world” things that I know Nana taught her.
Stella always comes home happy, chatting away, and it’s clear she’s spent the day feeling safe, and learning new things with her pals. Nana loves these children and fills their days with fun and creativity. I can see the special bond she has with each of them.
We don’t have a garden so knowing Stella was having fun in that amazing garden was great, especially in summer when the paddling pool is out! :)
We’re sad to be leaving London and will miss Nana enormously. Absolute legend.

AnnMarie looked after my 3 year old daughter and 15 month old boy for 6 weeks whilst we were staying in Oxford and we will all miss her so much!
I noticed after the first day my girl was coming out with new phrases and songs and stories and I could tell how engaging AM must be with them. AnnMarie also taught Stella to go to the toilet completely independently which she wouldn’t do before.
My youngest thrived there too and it wasn’t long after settling in that he was pointing and giggling as we walked to her front door. He also developed lots and he did his first walk there too!
I was at ease when my kids were there, knowing they were doing thoughtful and creative activities with the other kids, playing in the garden and going to play groups.
AnnMarie is warm and professional and I trust her. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and hopefully we will be back one day for a visit!
