Outstanding level of care and compassion

We have had Zenir working for us for three days a week for the past two years, and in this time we have developed an amazing relasionship with her, she's really now a part of our family. She has been with us since the birth of our second child and has been a God send, helping with all tasks at all times of the day. She has also been a huge help with our older child, doing school pick ups regularly and always cooking dinner for both children, along with doing bath time and bed time for them. She is always willing to babysit outside of our regular hours too, usually with short notice from us, and happy to help with anything else we ask for, any time of the day.

In between looking after the children, she keeps the house spotlessly clean and tidy, and is also very careful with our belongings and furniture etc, nothing is ever damaged or broken. Our laundry is always kept on top of, and the kitchen and bathrooms are always spotless, along with the rest of the house.

Our kids love Zenir like she's a family member and have never once complained when it's time for her to take them from us for the day/evening which has been a massive relief for us. Having a nanny who your children love being looked after by is invaluable.

If you're looking for someone who will fit into your lives and daily routines and simply make everything easier and less stressful, you won't find anyone better.

Wonderful nanny

I first met Zenir over 14 years ago when she was doing weekly cleaning for my now husband. Over the years her duties have expanded in line with her abilities. She now takes care of our three children, including waking up, getting breakfast and preparing them for school (including bags of kit etc), drop off and pick up to school and nursery, assisting them with reading and supervising homework or other activities, preparing and tidying up other meals, bathing and washing hair, and looking after our toddler and 4 year old during the day.

Zenir is very reliable, hard working, a quick learner and adaptable. She has a really lovely relationship with our children (now 7, 4 and 1) and they adore her. She has looked after all of them from birth so has experience of all the various stages of childhood.

Zenir makes a huge contribution to our household and we don't know where we'd be without her! We would highly recommend her to any other family.
