We have the pleasure of having Ella as our childminder for a short period of time, unfortunately, and I can not recommend her highly enough. From the outset, Ella has shown an incredible level of professionalism, warmth, and dedication to the well-being of our child.
Ella consistently goes above and beyond to accommodate our family's needs, demonstrating an exceptional level of flexibility and understanding. She is highly communicative, keeping us informed about our son's day.
Even though we' ve only known each other for a short time, we have absolute trust in her, and our son seems to be happy with her and her children as well. It is comfortable to know that when we are not around, our child is in such capable and loving hands.
Unfortunately, we have to move abroad soon and we will have to say goodbye to Ella which is not an easy decision. However, should we return to the UK, Ella would be the first person we contact for childminding services. It's rare to find someone as loving and dedicated as her, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have found her. Thank you
