We feel incredibly lucky to have found Jacqui. She is truly exceptional.

Our two girls, aged one and three, settled with her after just a few settling-in sessions, which speaks volumes about her warm and caring nature. She is empathetic, proactive, and equally wonderful with both a baby and a toddler.

Jacqui adapted to our girls’ routines almost immediately. We hardly have to explain what needs doing—she is intuitive, takes initiative, and gets things done without being asked. She consistently goes above and beyond what we would expect from a nanny.

Although she only started with us in June, she already feels like part of our family. It’s clear that she has a genuine love for children, and that shines through in everything she does.
