It has been an absolute privilege to have Jacqui care for my child since July 2025. From the very beginning, she formed a natural and trusting bond, and it was immediately clear that she has a rare combination of warmth, professionalism, and genuine passion for childcare.
She has consistently gone above and beyond in every aspect of her role. On a daily basis, she supported age-appropriate play, developmental activities, meal preparation, laundry, toy organisation, and general household routines related to childcare — always with exceptional attention to detail and care. She has a wonderful ability to engage with children in a way that supports milestones, encourages curiosity, and builds confidence through play.
What truly sets her apart is her dedication and heart. She regularly brought new toys and learning resources, thoughtfully chosen to support development. She didn’t just “watch” — she actively invested in growth, happiness, and emotional wellbeing.
On a personal level, she has also been an incredible support to me as a new parent. During some of the most challenging early parenting moments, she showed kindness, patience, and emotional support that went far beyond her job description. She even sat with me at A&E when my child needed medical attention — something I will always be deeply grateful for. In many ways, she has felt like family rather than simply an employee.
We are only parting ways due to relocation, not because of any shortcoming on her part. I cannot recommend her highly enough to any family looking for a caring, reliable, trustworthy, and deeply compassionate nanny. Any child and parent would be extremely lucky to have her.

It has been an absolute pleasure to work for you and to see Noah grow week by week. I’ve loved working for you for the last 8 months . I’m really going to miss you both, and hope I get to see you again one day.
It was my first time meeting Jackie, such a lovely lady, kind and caring. I will definitely ring her again for baby sitting.

Jacqueline is a a great babysitter, she is very good with my daughter. She is very caring and my daughter liked her from the first time. She is definitely my first choice.

Our kids loved their afternoon with Ms Jasper! She did a splendid job with their particular SEN needs, played games, helped with homework, and navigated meals. Our kids are hoping to see her again soon! I very much appreciate that she was able to accommodate our last minute need for a babysitter and look forward to working with her again!
