We had a lovely experience with Ella. She came out with us and was absolutely brilliant with my little boy from the start. She was calm, attentive, and really engaging with him, which made me feel completely at ease.

It’s clear she has a natural way with children, she was kind, patient, and knew exactly how to keep him happy and entertained. I really appreciated how comfortable and relaxed she made both of us feel.
