I should have listened to the reviewer who said she’s known for disappointing people. Arranged with her and got disappointed. Very unprofessional

I would like to clarify the circumstances surrounding this review, as the wording suggests that I cancelled a confirmed appointment, which is not what happened.
On 10 December 2025, you contacted me to request a babysitting appointment. I explained that I was already booked with another client on that date and therefore could not accommodate your request. The appointment was never accepted or confirmed by me, so there was no booking for me to cancel.
I take my professionalism and communication with clients seriously. While I completely understand being disappointed that I was unavailable, I believe it is important that the review accurately reflects what took place.
