We enlisted Bailey to assist with our childcare and the hours we need are evening where she would only be there to put the children to bed and stay there until one of us returns home from work, she lasted all of 3hours before she wanted to leave without giving a reason causing us a huge upset whilst at work to make alternative arrangements,
