Hi! My name is Amy, I am currently in my first year at the university of Cumbria, studying Social Work. During my time at university over the three year course, I will have a lot of spare time, therefore I thought it would be the perfect chance for me to do something rewarding and help out families with child care. I have a passion for helping others, therefore I would love to help out with childcare to make your life more manageable, allowing you to have the ability to go to work or have some alone time.
My Experience
I have a lot of experience with babysitting children as I often help out looking after the younger children in my family, this has given me a lot of prior knowledge. As well as this, I am going to begin my degree in social work in September as I am hoping to become a children’s social worker once I am fully qualified. I would like to do this due to my passion for helping children and ensuring that they are safe and protected from any harm.
My Qualifications
I completed 3 A-levels in criminology, psychology and health and social care where I got an A*, A and a B . I have a full driving license and a DBS check which can be provided upon request.
