I live with my husband and 2 children Charlotte 10 and Megan 8. We have a Beagle called Bella who is very much a family dog.
We live in Dringhouses in Acomb, in a large semi detached house in a small cul-de-sac location.
It was after having my eldest daughter that I decided I wanted to combine my love of being a mum and my passion for working with children and become a childminder.
I offer a service where both you and your child are treated as part of my family. Your child needs to feel happy and secure in their new surroundings and you need to feel comfortable and confident that I will do the right job for you and for your child.
In my latest inspection from Ofsted in January 2017, I received a grading of OUTSTANDING in all areas. I am more than happy to send you a copy of my report on request.
As well as being a mum of 2 children I have also worked in childcare for over 19 years.
My positions have included a live in nanny, a daily and night nanny and more recently as a Senior Childcare Practitioner running a baby room in a Childrens Centre.
I have looked after children aged from newborn up the the age of 14 years.

Before choosing Hailee as our childminder we had visited several other childminders in the area. What made Hailee stand out from the rest was her friendly yet professional approach. The moment we walked into her home we instantly felt at ease and both my husband and I knew she would be perfect for our son.
She took our son and treated him like part of her family, something we knew we wanted more than anything else.
She provided an exciting and stimulating environment which was tailored to meet every child's individual needs. This allowed Ethan to thrive in a setting which he felt supported, safe and most of all loved.
Hailee often went above and beyond what was expected of her and even provided last-minute care of Ethan when our daughter made an early appearance.
Following a move to Dover in March 2014 we were no longer able to use Hailee's excellent services. We all miss her terribly but still keep in touch regularly.
We would without a doubt recommend Hailee to anyone looking for a professional yet caring childminder.
She is just amazing at what she does.
