Leaving this here as a massive thank you to Dawn for her wonderful care of our child with her wonderful services.
Dawn is proactive and considerate, really going above and beyond for the children in her care with the activities she plans.
I have been impressed with the techniques and enthusiasm she employs when teaching the children, our child has excelled amazingly with her and had compliments from her new school after first starting stating how educated she is already!
Dawn provides a home service thats very welcoming and warm and uses very kind mindful approach towards the children, as parents who value these qualities massively we have been blown away.
Every day the children went out for activities and came home with projects they have made and stories of what they have learned! Her safe guarding is exceptionally brilliant and up to date. Dawn kept in touch with us at all times with photos and videos of our child aswell as updates and a debrief about their day at pick up.
If we needed to contact Dawn herself she responded almost immediatley and helped us even with funding support for the websites.
Dawn is trained in working with children on the spectrum and who have additional learning need. She had fantastic patience with our child and was crucial in helping us identify solutions and communicting with them too as our child was very nervous starting due to disliking nursery previous to being in dawns care.
Dawn changed our childs perspective on education so fast! They are now a fully confident child ready to take on school!
I would also like to add how personal her care was towards our child, Dawn made us feel like family. Our child even received gifts at Christmas and received a homemade farewell and good luck card for our child beginning school and leaving her care, from Dawn and the other children.
If you’re lucky to get to hire Dawn I strongly reccommend her as she will be missed from our family, she is a rare gem!
