I contacted Maryam to look after 3 of my children aged 8, 4 and 2. She replied within 24 hours and was more than happy to look after my kids. Last minute I decided for me and my kids to meet Maryam and she was very accommodating about it and we all really liked her instantly. After meeting her my kids were extremely excited to see her again. The day I required her to look after my children, my 8 year old was poorly. I informed Maryam and she reassured me that she would take extra care of him and discussed with me the types of food to give him. Later on the day she provided me with an update on the kids as well which did put me at ease. When I went to collect my kids my younger two were fast asleep and eldest was watching TV. We chatted whilst the children were relaxing which was very pleasant. Once my children woke up they were very comfortable around her giving her hugs like they knew her from before, my kids refer to her as Khala (mums sister). I would definitely be using Maryam again and my kids are eager to meet her again. She's extremely professional, friendly and helpful. The first thing I noticed was her house was spotless clean which i really liked about her with my kids being around. She's simply amazing! Thank you so much for everything you did for my children.
