Heidi looked after my three children as our after school nanny for around a year and I could not recommend her highly enough. She was reliable, always punctual, great with the kids (and especially handy when it came to homework and making them listen to her and actually do it!) and very helpful around the house. We still use her for babysitting and it's always a delight to see her.
