Jules started caring for my son at 11 months old when I returned to work. She made me feel so much more at ease throughout the entire process, calling within 30 minutes of dropping him off for the first time to let me know he had settled and was ok. My son thrived with Jules and loved his time with her. Jules is extremely kind and reassuring both for the children and for parents. Jules was always willing to offer additional help where needed. She really is a gem x
