Hi my name's Rebecca Cini and I am registered childminder. I live in Caterham, Surrey. We live in a four bedroom semi detached house with a spacious garden with my husband, Tony who is a painter/decorator, and my children.
We have three outdoor rabbits called Buster, Lavender and Sophie.
I have an assistant who is dbs checked, trained in safeguarding, and is paediatric first aid too.
We provide a happy, safe and healthy environment for the children in my care. Children learn through play, and my aim is to provide children with stimulating learning opportunities that reflect their age and stage of development through play and every day experiences.
I am required to cover the statutory framework for Early Years Foundation which your child will have a learning journal showing their progress in development and next steps. A communication book will be sent home and brought back on a daily basis about your child's day.
I am a qualified Paediatric First Aider. I also have a Teaching Assistant qualification.
I also provide a healthy eating service encouraging children to try new foods with a nutritious well balanced diet.
I have a clean drivers license and business cover. I currently collect my younger children from Whyteleafe School. I am prepared to collect children from Whyteleafe School.
If pickups are required for 12pm I am available to collect from Whyteleafe School, Noah's Ark, Little Gems, and Little Treasures.
I take children to baby and toddler groups so they can develop social skills. I arrange visits to the local park, library, Godstone Farm and indoor play such as The Arc in Caterham.
Activities I provide are:
Drawing, painting, use of scissors, gluing, threading, play dough, baking, reading, role play, outside water/sand play, toys/learning equipment for age appropriate.
I currently have full time space available and pickups from Whyteleafe School.
I have over 17 years experience of working with children as a registered childminder and part time pre-school practitioner.
I have had lots of experience with children, and have cared for many of all ages upto 11 years.
I have a younger brother of 18 years old, with a serious heart disorder called Pulmonary Attresia. I cared for Dom from a very young age (short term), when my mum went back to work part-time. As you can imagine Dom has been through some nasty ordeal and is currently on medication. Therefore the care was very demanding.
I have also worked in a pre-school and have had experience with children with autism, ADHD and other special needs.
I recently had my Ofsted inspection and recieved good/satisfactory. I have my report for parents to read if you choose to want to contact me.
I have aswel as level 2 in childcare and Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding for children, and Food hygiene.
I currently have limited availability

I can’t rate her highly enough- my son has been with Becky since he was 14 months. He gets lovely home cooked fresh meals, has a lovely time playing with his friends, feeding the rabbits and exploring. He gets taken to parks, farms, and garden centres, has some lovely one to one time with a caring and friendly mummy who really takes her charges under her wing. Her house is clean, organised and she has a fabulous range of toys and messy play facilities. His verbal abilities and socialising has been great since he started with her 7 months ago. Honestly the best choice we could have made for him.

Rebecca looks after my almost 2 year old little boy and does an amazing job with him!
I was very nervous about leaving him with anyone at first, but from the first meeting with Rebecca all these fears went away.
He always has a great time and she does a mix of activities with him from arts and crafts to taking him out to different groups and soft play places. He’s always very happy and smiley when I collect him after his time with her.
I particularly like that my little boy has a diary that Rebecca gave to us when he first started, in there she records some notes from the day such as what they did, food he ate etc which I always enjoy reading after I have collected him.
I would highly recommend Rebecca to anyone looking for a childminder - she has been an incredible help to us!
