We’ve had such a lovely experience with Nicola at Sunny Smiles, and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough! Both of my children have been in her care, and it’s been so reassuring knowing they’re in such good hands. Both of my children absolutely adore Nicola, and even though my eldest has now moved on to preschool, he still loves visiting her on occasion, which says so much about the bond he’s built with her.

My eldest was with Nicola for two years, and she did a fantastic job helping him get ready for preschool. She supported his development, helped build his confidence and made sure he was ready for that next step. I’m so grateful for everything she did for him during that time.

My youngest has been with Nicola for the last couple of months and is already thriving, which is lovely to see! It’s so nice knowing both of my children have had such a positive experience in her care.

What I really appreciate about Nicola is how she takes the time to understand each child’s individual needs and adapts as they grow and develop. She’s always happy to offer advice and guidance, and she’s supportive of us as parents too, which makes such a difference.

Her setting is lovely and homely, with a welcoming atmosphere where the children can feel comfortable and settled. It’s also always kept to a really high standard of cleanliness, which is so important to me as a parent.

Nicola is professional, reliable and great at communicating. She always keeps us in the loop with any updates or changes to policies and procedures, so we always know what’s going on.

As a parent, you want to know your children are happy, settled and genuinely cared for, and Nicola gives us that peace of mind. We’re so grateful to have found her, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nicola at Sunny Smiles to any family looking for a caring, reliable and supportive childminder! ❤️
