I cannot recommend my childminder highly enough. From the very beginning, she has been incredibly supportive, caring, and dedicated to providing the very best environment for children to learn, grow, and thrive.
Every day is thoughtfully planned with a wonderful variety of creative, educational, and engaging activities. The children enjoy different exercises and active play each day, ensuring they stay happy, healthy, and entertained. She regularly organises trips to farms, local parks, playgrounds, and soft play centres, as well as nature walks where the children can discover wildlife, animals, and the changing seasons. During the summer, she provides fantastic water play activities that are both fun and developmentally beneficial.
Her knowledge and understanding of toddlers is outstanding. She communicates exceptionally well with both children and parents, always keeping me informed about my child day and progress. She has a natural ability to connect with young children, helping them feel safe, confident, and valued.
The learning opportunities she provides are truly exceptional. Through fun, hands-on activities, role play, music sessions, and stimulating games, she teaches children colours, shapes, numbers, letters, and early problem-solving skills. She encourages creativity, imagination, and independent thinking while making learning enjoyable every single day.
What has impressed me most is how well she prepares children for starting Reception. She thoughtfully incorporates activities that develop school readiness, including listening skills, following instructions, early literacy and numeracy, social interaction, confidence, independence, and emotional development. It is clear that she understands exactly what children need to make a smooth and successful transition into school.
Her professionalism, warmth, creativity, and genuine passion for childcare shine through in everything she does. I am incredibly grateful for the love, patience, and dedication she has shown my child, and I feel very fortunate to have had her as such an important part of my child's early years. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to any family looking for an exceptional childminder.
