My Requirements

I work for the emergency services and I’m looking for a Childminder that can offer some flexibility for our childcare needs. I work on a 4on/4off rota, so my childcare needs would differ from week to week. We would only need childcare on weekdays during daytime hours, to be clear. On return to work I’m planning to adapt my current hours to accommodate for drop offs whilst my husband can do the pick ups. I have looked into nurseries but unfortunately they require set days each week, which doesn’t help our situation. If any childminders are willing to chat and discuss and maybe give some advice it would be much appreciated!
