She cancelled the Sat and Sunday Shifts without letting me know in advance. I am sure she might be poorly or emergency can happen . But I do believe in communication prior to cancellation. At least 1 day in advance

Kayla is a calm night nanny to whom I can leave my kid during my night on calls. In addition to her skills as a Nanny, I feel safe as she is from NHS family who knows the lifestyle and job nature very well.
