About Me
My name is Laura. I have a Bacherol Degree in Primary School with major in Special Education equivalent to the QTS.
I´m a mum of two beautiful children, a boy who is 4 years old and a girl who is 21 months. I love everything related to arts and craft and getting messy. But what I love the most, is a good book.
Little Explorers offers a warm, safe and fun environment where the main philosophy is “learning through play” and “happy children”. I believe that the key of a childcare provider is building strong bonds and positive relationships with the children and also, with the families, to work in partnership to reach their fully potential.
I provide 3 main healthy meals and 2 snacks.
During the day, we get involved in different activities such as arts and crafts, sensory, outdoors play, baking and/or cooking.
I also have experience as a Spanish teacher for toddler/preschooler. I’ll offer Spanish classes twice per week as part of the sessions.
My Experience
As soon as I finished my degree I moved to U.S to work as an aupair and continue my studies, working with children and doing volunteering jobs. After that, I moved to London and I have spent the last 8 years working in nurseries around London. I worked in different possitions during all these years:nursery practitioner, behaviour officer, Spanish teacher, deputy room leader and room leader.

- 1 space available from September 2026 (Tuesday- Thursday- Friday term time only)
- 3 spaces during term time for holiday club for children +5 years old.

We liked Laura as soon as we met her. She is naturally kind, welcoming and trustworthy. Our son has now been with Laura a few days a week for 3 months and we (including our son) couldn’t be happier. Laura provides regular updates every day on the many activities she does with our son. She’s creative, patient and clearly knows our son very well, even after a short period of time. Our son loves going there and we have complete confidence in Laura. We would thoroughly recommend her to anyone looking for a childminder in or around ealing.

It’s hard to put into words how much Laura means to us. She has been more than a childminder — she has been a source of love, security, and comfort for my daughter and for me. Every morning when I drop her off, I feel an overwhelming peace knowing she is with someone who truly cares for her, protects her, and understands her little personality so beautifully.
My daughter absolutely adores Laura. The way her face lights up when she sees her says more than anything I could ever write. Laura has a gift — a natural warmth and gentleness that makes children feel safe, happy, and loved. Knowing that my little girl spends her days in that kind of environment is something I treasure deeply.
I could never thank Laura enough for everything she gives — her time, her patience, her kindness, her heart. She has played such an important role in my daughter’s growth, and in my own peace of mind as a mum. She is, truly, a blessing in our lives.

I have taken my daughter there, a few times and Laura provides different experiences for your child including cooking, outdoor playing and supports the development of social skills. Laura is someone who you can fully trust when it comes to supporting your child’s development and welfare.

Laura instantly made us feel like we’d known her for years! She’s incredibly sensitive, warm, funny, and calming—and it’s clear this isn’t just a job for her. She truly connects, building meaningful relationships not only with little ones but with us parents too. We feel so lucky to have found her, and Aurora already can’t wait to see her new friend again!
