Lulu worked with us for a week in Oxford when we were there teaching on a summer school, she was taking care of our 21 month old son. She was highly skilled, absolutley professional, always on time, great to communicate with, 100% reliable, a great conversation partner, and our son loved spending time with her. Everything went smoothly, from our prepayment to the last day, she was very attentive and flexible to our needs, and we very much enjoyed having her around our son. We wish we lived in Oxford so we could ask her more often!
