About Me
Having spent lots of time caring for my younger siblings, I became very passionate about the care and development of children. Now, being a mother of three children (24-year-old boy and 16-year-old twin girls), I realise being with children, and facilitating their overall development, gives me total satisfaction, and has motivated me into becoming an Ofsted registered childminder.
Since registering as a childminder, I have completed the following courses;
• NVQ level 3 in Childcare, learning and development,
• Foundation Degree in Early Childhood Studies
• Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Early Childhood Studies.
• Advanced Child Protection
• Paediatric First Aid
• Food and Hygiene
• and more.
I live within 10 minutes walk from the Edmonton Green Train/Bus station and shopping centre, on the W8, 191 and 192 bus route. I provide a safe and secure learning environment in a large spacious childcare room which is fully equipped with lots of learning materials (toys/games, puzzles, books, etc.) and a back garden with playhouse and everything children loves. I also take the children on trips to parks, museums, zoos and various places of interest, enabling the children to acquire new experiences and skills, fostering their holistic development. However, my best attribute is the loving care and attention my team provides for the children in our care.
