Claimed has over 20 years of experience as a Nanny but didn’t seem like it all.
Doesn’t know how to manage children’s behaviour.
Walked out on her job and blamed one of our children when she was at fault.

in response: factually I have in excess of 32 years impeccable childcare experience from 1994 to todays date, having worked as a registered childminder for 10 years and then moving into nannying.
I’ve cared for families of both newborn twins and triplets, with babies as young as 24 hours old. I’ve cared for families with as many as 4 children of varying age ranges and have been adept at catering to their varying needs, adapting daily routines and schedules as necessary.
I’m a qualified sleep training advisor and have night Nannie’d for many years with an impeccable portfolio of outstanding references to my credit.
TO CLARIFY: I didn’t walk out of my job, I was kicked so hard in the stomach by the elder of the 2 children from Khyati’s family that I vomited and wasn’t fit to be at work, I spoke with Khyati’s wife and said I was unwell and needed to go home…this does not constitute walking out…. 3 hours later I received an email stating my probationary period was being terminated with immediate effect through no fault of my own.
My idea of “managing children’s behaviour” sadly doesn’t align with the above mentioned parents … I don’t habitually shout, lock children in their bedroom or slap them.
so if me not agreeing with the above methods of managing a child’s behaviour doesn’t align with this family, I’m better off moving to a family who will respect my proven track record of impeccable childcare and welcome me with open arms.
