She is such a kind, caring and trustworthy childminder. The thing I love most is how naturally comfortable children seem to feel around her — even when meeting her for the first time, my children took to her straight away.
She is patient, attentive and genuinely enjoys being around children, which really shows in the way she interacts with them. I always feel reassured knowing they’re in safe and caring hands. She is also great at keeping me updated throughout the day whenever I ask, which gives me that extra peace of mind.

Neelam has done an amazing job in taking care of my two children. My daughter and my son both loved her presence and the play sessions. Although my son can get difficult at times, since he is not speaking and results in meltdowns, Neelam took control and was able to support his needs whenever required. Besides her working ethics, Neelam was very punctual, quick at responding and reliable whenever needed.

Neelam was looking after my one year old when both me and husband were working. Neelam is very friendly that my little one was so happy with her, got settled with her with no time. She used to entertain my baby and manage meal time and nap time.
