Michelle took care of our son Eddie from 8 months, when I returned to work, until he was just over 2, when for logistical reasons he moved to a nursery. It felt so nerve wracking to find childcare, especially at such a young age, but Michelle ensured a staggered settling in period and approached everything very thoughtfully. Her home is lovely – a warm, welcoming family home. Eddie formed a strong bond with her, and her family, and it was so comforting to know that he was in the care of someone kind and caring and incredibly experienced and knowledgeable about child development. He loved the other children too – his first little friends. Michelle was great at communicating, from sending photos to letting us know if there were any issues, and I always appreciated having a quick chat at the end of the day. We’re so grateful to Michelle for all she did for Eddie – her care and attention definitely helped turn him into the happy little person he is today.
