With our youngest nearing 1 we are looking for a more hands-on childcare option for both him and our oldest (about to turn 3). This could be a nanny for 1 day a week, or maybe a childminder for 1 or 2 days a week from 8:30am - 5pm. My husband and I both work full time from home and would need care all year round not just term time. We would like to find a trustworthy carer that would also be available very occasionally for babysitting that the kids are comfortable with.
