Shini has worked with our family for six months, caring for our 3-year-old boy and 5-year-old girl. During that time, she has been consistently reliable despite our complex schedule, always punctual, and deeply committed to our children. She had worked with us every weekday as an after school nanny and regularly assisted on weekends as a babysitter.
Shini approaches her work with genuine care. In addition to childcare, she helps us daily with light housekeeping, such as cleaning the kitchen, folding laundry, tidying up, and sometimes even preparing amazing food (she loves cooking, lucky for us!).
We would highly recommend Shini to any family seeking a nanny, babysitter, or housekeeper, and would be happy to provide a reference. She has quickly become an important and trusted part of our family, and we look forward to working with her for many years to come.
