Wouldn't recommend
I reached out to Shamaila almost a week ago, and we had agreed that she would work full-time, Monday to Friday. The evening before starting, Shamaila told me she couldn't do it because she had her own children to take care of and could only work three days part-time. I work from home, and being told the evening before that she could only work reduced hours was a red flag. However, I decided to ignore it.
I met Shamaila at 9:00 this morning, as agreed. She was punctual and polite. Around 9:40, she was already asking my two-year-old son if he wanted to go to sleep, which for me was very odd. Two hours later, I found her using her phone with my two-year-old, on Snapchat, with the camera turned on.
At 12:00, luckily, my mother-in-law was able to come. Shortly after Shamaila left, I found a piece of chewing gum on the wooden kitchen worktop.
