Great with children

Melanie understood our two kids' needs instantly and listened to every detail we shared with her about them. She is very decisive and knows what she's doing.
We (wife and I) had a great time out in the evening while Melanie had our little ones, we had nothing to worry about and she put them to bed with no problem despite being the first time they met her (they woke up to ask for her). She's great at communication too. House was still clean and tidy when we got home. Amazing!

Excellent

Holly has been amazing looking after our son. He has only good things to say. She was on time, puts safety first, responds promptly and gives detailed updates. I would recommend to anyone.
