Hi, I'm Caidey, I'm 18 years old and just completed my T-level childcare, Education and Early Years course at North Shropshire College. I have 2 years of experience working in nursery settings with children from birth to 5 and have a good understanding of child development. I have children under the age of 6 in my family so I'm around children a lot and am confident at working with children. I love animals, spending time with my family and getting to know new people. I'm reliable and conscientious and really want to pursue a career in childcare and continue to develop my skills.:)

I have 2 years experience working in nursery’s across different age groups. I am able to write reports on children's development, identify children's learning needs and communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other agencies.
I have experience in customer service from working part time in pubs and restaurants during my college course.
My most recent job is working at Park Hall Farm, a children's activity working farm.
I have my first aid certificate, trained in safeguarding and confidentiality and SEN.
