About Me
I am a caring, DBS-checked Occupational Therapy student with work experience in paediatrics, and I would love to help families out with childcare while I am on a year break from my studies.
My Experience
I have just finished a University placement in special schools for children with complex disabilities from ages 6-months to 19 years. I also have work experience in a nursery caring for children ages 6 months to pre-school. I have been babysitting for a few years for families in my local area. I have just recently had a nanny role for a 6-8 month old baby, helping her parents through the weaning process and key developmental milestones. I have NHS training in life-saving care for infants, child safe-guarding and general first-aid. I have a natural passion working with children, and I am planning to specialise as a paediatric OT when I graduate University.
My Qualifications
I have 3 A-levels, and I am an Undergraduate Occupational Therapy Student at a Russell Group University.
My Availability
I am available from this September until September 2026 when I recommence at university next year. Both weekdays and weekends work for me, and I am very flexible on hours.

Ciara helped us with our 6 months old daughter, she looked after her getting to know her routine and doing tummy time, she played with her and read her books, she prepared meals during weaning, she is very calm and passionate about children, she read books and help with light cleaning and while our daughter is napping. Overall we were really happy and knew that we could rely on het. we are very grateful to have had her.
