About Me
Hi my name is Tracy. I am happily married to Derek and we have two girls, Raine (11) and Erin (14). Erin has profound special needs but is a healthy and happy girl. We need to be able to take a break from having to look after Erin so that we can recharge and make sure we are spending quality time with Raine. You can ask me anything you like, I will gladly answer them.
My Requirements
Someone who is able to look after our daughter on an ad hoc basis (she goes to a specialist school during the week). Sometimes we need somebody on a Saturday or Sunday or in the evenings so we can have a date night. Also during inset days or school holidays as we both work full time. We have more than one person on our payroll as we understand most people arent always available when we need them, especially on the last minute. A nurturing and responsible person who enjoys engaging with children with special needs. Our sweet Erin isn't able to do anything for herself, so she relies fully on the care of somebody else.
