Long Term Nanny Role for 3 Year Old Son With Friendly, Caring and Relaxed Family

Mummy to our son (3) and daughter (18 months), currently pregnant with our third and due in September. My husband and I are both lawyers in London but predominantly work from home. We live in a lovely village just outside Burford with
two pugs and a cat. We are a happy, caring, fun and relaxed family. Our children are at the centre of everything we do and their happiness is the most important thing to us. We love to spend time outdoors going for walks, visiting the Wildlife Park and Adam’s Farm and going to local indoor/outdoor playgroups.
My Requirements
We are looking for a nanny for our Son to start as soon as possible for 4-5 days a week as his current truly wonderful nanny is retiring. Our Son has additional medical needs including ongoing oxygen support but predominantly we are looking for someone who is kind, caring, and enjoys being in a happy relaxed family environment who can focus on furthering his development. He is a very happy boy who loves people and other children and attends nursery 2-3 mornings a week with his current nanny. He loves being outdoors, going to the playground, and reading and listening to stories. We are hoping to find someone long term for this role.
