Katie was good with our children and they enjoyed the time they spent with her. We had previously agreed on a regular one day a week arrangement, including an agreed time and day to accommodate her bus schedule. She then asked to move the day one week to accommodate her plans, which I agreed to. However, she later accepted other work on that same day without letting us know. I only found out because I messaged her, otherwise we would have been left without childcare. I haven’t heard from her since.
