A fun and safe environment at cabincubs

Dawn is amazing with my daughter. She offers a clean and safe environment as well as giving her full dedication to the children.
My daughter is usually very anxious about being in a new place, but after day one she had settled and was always excited to go back to Dawn.
The day is usually spent doing activities, playing, days out and also time for the kids to relax and have some down time.
CabinCubs has been a home away from home for my little girl.

A perfect home from home environment.

When I first met Dawn at Cabin Cubs Childminding, I was really impressed by how thorough and professional Dawn was. Dawn took the time to discuss my child’s individual needs in detail, clearly explained what a typical day would look like, and answered all of my questions. Dawn came across as incredibly warm and welcoming, with a wealth of childcare experience that immediately put me at ease.

Cabin Cubs Childminding has a purpose‑built cabin at the bottom of the garden which is beautifully designed and provides a real home‑from‑home environment. My child settled into the setting very quickly and is always excited to go back.

My child absolutely loves the engaging activities Dawn plans and often comes home with lovely creations, most recently an Easter bonnet.
My child also enjoys local outings to places such as the library and the park, which add even more variety and enrichment to the day.

I would highly recommend Cabin Cubs Childminding to others looking for a caring, professional, and engaging childcare setting

A lovely setting with an experienced practitioner

As ex-childminder myself, who is now a teacher, I was extremely impressed with the learning environment that Dawn has created at Cabin Cubs. She has used her knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum to create a stimulating and creative space for little learners and her cosy, homely setting matches her ethos. Dawn has given careful consideration to all aspects of her business including safeguarding, nutrition, child development and education. I would feel extremely confident placing my child in her care.

A cosy and caring environment!

I know this childminder well and have had the opportunity to visit her childcare environment. I was extremely impressed by the level of thought, care, and attention to detail that has gone into creating a warm, safe and stimulating space for children.
Every aspect of the setup has clearly been carefully planned, from the engaging learning areas to the high standards of cleanliness and organisation. It is evident that she is passionate about providing a nurturing environment where children can thrive, explore and develop with confidence. The resources available are varied and purposeful, supporting both structured learning and imaginative play.
Beyond the physical environment, her professional approach, genuine care for children’s wellbeing and commitment to delivering high-quality childcare truly stand out. I have no doubt that families who choose her setting will feel reassured knowing their children are in capable, thoughtful and dedicated hands.
