We have been using Carole for 6 years now to look after our twins since they were 1 year old. She has become like a favourite aunt to our two girls over that time and we really value her as much for her as a person as for the service that she provides. We consider her a trusted and well-loved member of our extended family.
Carole takes the children to school, picks them up after school and provides a snack for them when they get back to her house. Carole also carries out educational and creative activities with them so their learning continues after school.
