Amy looked after our two daughters for 3.5 years, as a nanny, before becoming a childminder. She cared for our children with professionalism, warmth, humour and reliability. As a Norland-trained nanny, Amy created a secure environment both inside and outside of our home, and we always trusted her judgement when it came to the safety of our children.
Amy's organisation is second to none. She managed routines confidently, prepared delicious and healthy meals, and supported both weaning and table manners. She has a strong understanding of child development and often planned activities and outings that supported our children’s learning, confidence, and social skills.
Communication with Amy was easy, and we felt fully informed as parents. We have no doubt that she is an excellent childminder.
